Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Training for Managers
RSASS recognises the critical role that managers play in fostering safe and respectful workplace environments, particularly in preventing and addressing sexual harassment. Managing workplace culture requires a comprehensive approach that prioritises not only the well-being of employees but also equips managers with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively to incidents of harassment.

Our training programme is designed to enhance managers’ understanding of sexual harassment, its impact, and their responsibilities under the Worker Protection Act 2023. Through a trauma-informed lens, we provide practical guidance on how to handle disclosures sensitively, challenge bystander behaviour, and create a workplace culture that actively prevents harassment. By strengthening managers' emotional intelligence and leadership skills, this programme ensures they can address these challenges ethically, confidently, and supportively.
