RSASS runs a free, confidential 24/7 helpline for survivors to share their experience and seek support, no matter where you are or what time it is.
Telephone Helpline Service

Our Telephone Support Service is designed for survivors who have already undergone an Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) session and are currently on the waiting list for other services or are already receiving them.
You will be regularly contacted by one of our dedicated volunteers who have received special training. They will reach out to you to provide emotional support whenever necessary. Additionally, if needed, they can guide you to our services or connect you with other relevant organisations.
If you require immediate support, please do not hesitate to seek help.
The Rape & Sexual Abuse Support Line is a no-cost telephone and online chat service. It is available to individuals of all genders aged 16 and above who have experienced any form of unwanted or non-consensual sexual encounter or are grappling with confusion related to such experiences, regardless of when or where they occurred.
